Lemon Meringue has been enjoyed since the 17th century, and Lemon Meringue Pie (as we know it) has been around since the 1800's.  It's basically a Lemon custard filling, sitting on a pastry crust, and topped with a beaten egg white and sugar topping (Meringue).  Once baked, the Meringue topping turns a beautiful shade of brown, and you end up with a dessert that's pleasant on the eyes, and certainly a palate pleaser.  Our cocktail melds some of the tasty ingredients of this classic dessert, and delivers a creamy Lemon flavored cocktail that is sure to please.  We hope that you'll try our featured cocktail, the... Ingredients
 
2 oz. Lemonade
1 oz. Half & Half
1 Graham Cracker
Lemon Wedge
 
 
Directions
 
To rim your glass, crush a Graham Cracker and put it in a saucer.  Run a chilled Martini glass through a tbsn. of Lemonade or Simple Syrup (equal parts of sugar and water).  Tap the moist rim of the Martini glass through the Graham Cracker crumbs until it's coated.  For the cocktail, simply combine the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker, cover, and shake well.  Strain into your glass, and add a Lemon Wedge to garnish.  It's a simple, delicious, and mild flavored cocktail that you'll certainly enjoy.  Bottoms up, to our featured cocktail...
