Chocolate Margarita

Chocolate Margarita
The name sounded intriguing enough to give it a try.  The result tasted delicious enough to make it our featured cocktail.  Most cocktails taste pretty much like you expect them to.  Not this one.  The flavor of the Chocolate takes center stage with this drink.  After my first sip, I had to go back to check that I had actually added the Tequila.  It's simple to make, and certainly a worthy drink for anyone that enjoys a little Chocolate in their cocktail.  We hope that you'll give it a try, our featured cocktail... Chocolate Margarita.  Cheers!
1.5 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Half & Half
2 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
Dark Chocolate shavings
A piece of Chocolate to garnish (optional)
Rub the rim of a Margarita glass through a tbsp. of Chocolate Syrup.  Tap it in the Chocolate shavings until the rim is coated, and then set it in the freezer while you build your drink.  Combine the rest of the ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Cover, shake well, retrieve your glass from the freezer, and pour your drink into the chilled glass.  Garnish with a piece of Chocolate, and try not to gulp, as you enjoy our featured cocktail... Chocolate Margarita.  Bottoms up!
