Caramel Apple Martini
The Caramel Apple is a fall classic that is especially popular during the Halloween season. It's generally made by placing an apple (Granny Smith seems to be the apple of choice) on a stick, dipping it into hot caramel, and then letting it cool. To add another level of flavor, it has become popular to roll the coated apple in nuts, or some type of confection. 2 oz. Half & Half
Apple Slice (any variety)
Caramel Topping (Smucker's works well)
To "ring" your glass, take a chilled Martini glass, hold it sideways, and drizzle Caramel along the inside as you twirl it by the stem. For the cocktail, take the 4 spirits and the Half & Half, and add them to an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well, and strain into your "Caramel ringed" glass. To garnish, lay a slice of Apple on top of the cocktail, and then drizzle Caramel over the top until you start feeling guilty. Lol. It's simple, it's delicious, it's the... Caramel Apple Martini.
