Candy Corn Martini
This tasty confection has been around since the 1880's, and the National Confectioners Association estimates that about 20 million pounds of it are sold each year.  Our cocktail takes things up a notch by using some homemade Candy Corn infused Vodka (very simple to make), Vanilla Vodka, and a couple of Juices.  If you're doing some Halloween entertaining, this will be a great cocktail to get everyone in the spirit of the season.  We hope you enjoy our featured cocktail... 2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Bag of Candy Corn
To infuse the Vodka, put about 20 Candy Corns (chopped or broken helps quicken the infusion process) into a container with the 2 oz. of vodka.  Let sit for at least 4 hours (I left mine for 2 days).  When ready to use, be sure to strain the Vodka to remove any pieces of the candy.  When ready to make the cocktail, combine the infused Vodka, Vanilla Vodka, and two Juices into an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Cover, shake well, and strain into a chilled Martini glass.  To garnish, you can drop a few Candy Corns into the glass, or heat one side of 2 pieces, and stick them together to form a V, and then hang them off the rim of your glass.  It takes a little planning, but it's a simple cocktail that screams Halloween.  Bottoms up, to our delicious...
