Boston Cream Pie Martini
The classic Boston Cream Pie is actually considered a cake.  First introduced in the 1850's, it's a layer of Vanilla flavored Custard or Cream that is sandwiched between two layers of cake, frosted with a Chocolate glaze, and sometimes garnished with powdered Sugar or a Cherry.  Our cocktail melds these flavors into a sinful concoction, that should satisfy any Chocoholic.  We hope that you'll enjoy our featured cocktail... 1.5 oz. Half & Half
Chocolate Syrup
Dollop of Whipped Cream
Chocolate shavings
To prepare the glass, take a chilled Martini glass, turn it on its side, and drizzle some Chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass.  Set the glass in the freezer while you build the cocktail.  Combine the 3 spirits, Half & Half, and a tablespoon of Chocolate Syrup, in an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Cover, shake well, retrieve your glass from the freezer, and strain the drink into your glass.  Add a dollop of Whipped Cream, sprinkle some Chocolate shavings over the top, and garnish with a Cherry (some recipes call for rimming the glass with Cocoa powder - nice touch).  It's a simple cocktail that's loaded with flavor.  Give it a try... our featured cocktail...
